Terms of Service

The agreement between you and QHub.gg when you book or provide a session.

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LB Gaming Services LTD, trading as QHub.gg, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom. By creating an account, booking a session, or playing as a teammate, you accept them.

They are written to be read. Where a clause limits what you can expect from us, it says so in plain words rather than hiding behind length.

1. What QHub.gg is

QHub.gg is a marketplace. You book time with a verified player — a teammate — who joins your lobby and plays with you, coaches you, or simply keeps you company for a session. We match the two of you, hold the payment, and handle support.

We are not a boosting service. A teammate never logs into your account, never asks for your password, and never plays on your behalf while you are away from the keyboard. Any offer to do so is a breach of these terms by whoever made it, and we want to hear about it.

2. Your account

You need an account to book. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You must be 18 or older to pay for a session. If you are under 18, you may only use QHub.gg with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

The details you give us have to be accurate. An in-game name that is not yours means the teammate cannot find you, and that is not a fault we can refund.

3. Booking a session

A booking is an offer to buy the session you selected — the game, the mode, the number of teammates, and the duration or game count shown at checkout. It becomes a contract when we confirm the order.

We match you with an available teammate, usually within a couple of minutes. If nobody accepts, the order is cancelled and you are not charged; where payment has already been taken, it is refunded in full.

You can ask for a different teammate before the session starts, and during it if something is wrong. See the Refund Policy for what happens to the money in each case.

4. What a session includes

You are buying a teammate's time and effort, not a result. Nobody can promise a win, a rank, or a specific outcome in a competitive game, and we do not.

Coaching sessions include the teammate's attention and feedback for the booked duration. Sessions run on the clock shown at checkout and start when both of you are in the lobby.

5. Prices, payment and credit

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency you have selected, and include any applicable tax. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged.

We take payment through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Account credit can be topped up in advance and spent on any session. Credit is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, and is not transferable between accounts. Credit bought with money can be paid back out to you under the Refund Policy; promotional credit cannot.

6. How to behave

A session has two people in it. The rules are the ones you would expect.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual pressure — towards a teammate or a customer.
  • No asking for account credentials, and no offering them. Both end the session and the account.
  • No arranging payment outside the platform. It removes every protection either side has.
  • No recording or streaming a session without the other person's agreement.
  • No using QHub.gg to break a game publisher's own rules.

7. Teammates

Teammates are independent contractors, not our employees. They choose when they are available and which orders to take, and they are responsible for their own taxes.

Being listed is not a permanent right. We can pause or remove a teammate for conduct, for repeated no-shows, or for consistently poor reviews, and we withhold earnings for sessions that were never delivered.

Teammates verify their identity before their first payout. That check exists to keep minors and impostors out of paid sessions.

8. Game publishers

QHub.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, Valve, Activision, Mojang, Supercell, Blizzard, Psyonix, or any other publisher. All game names and artwork belong to their owners.

Every game you play has its own terms. You remain responsible for following them, and so does your teammate.

9. Suspension and closing an account

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Unspent credit that you paid for is returned; sessions already delivered are not refunded on closure.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or that we are required to act on by law. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we say why.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it is always available or free of faults, and we are not responsible for the game servers, your internet connection, or a publisher's own decisions about your game account.

Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms — a new payment method, a new kind of session, a change in the law. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use QHub.gg after that means you accept the new version.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

Talk to us first — most disputes are a misunderstanding about one order and are resolved the same day. Write to support@qhub.gg.
